MI Pulse offers a series of features regarding pulsation monitoring, vacuum monitoring & milker p
erformance. All of them are equally important and provide useful information to both the Farm Manager and the Technical Team/Dealer.
Pulsation Monitoring
The pulsation monitoring feature keeps the status of the pulsators continuously under control through different pages on the software. It is possible to get the pulsation data (phases duration, rate, ratio, limping, etc...) from the corresponding pa
ge and to get notified about issue on the diagnostic monitor page. Errors, data and g
raphs can be visualized in real time and refreshed when needed. The advanced algorithm checks the system continuously, warning whenever a parameter exceeds the limits set by the Farm. Errors include also liner split and other errors no
t directly connected to pulsation but that generate a change in the pulsation characteristics.
Vacuum Monitoring
The MI Pulse sensor can be configured as vacuum gauge and can get the vacuum levels in 4 different points (per every MI Pulse unit configured as vacuum gauge, max 2 units). In this way we can get up to 8 vacuum signals and assess the vacuum levels across the parlour. Through this feature is possible to spot blockages and dispersions in the system, together with trends (higher or lower vacuum changes & blank spots), when in normal parlours the vacuum is checked only on the single vacuum gauge. It is possible then to print the results and creat
e graphs using the .csv files obtainable through the dedicated reports.
Milker Performance
The milker performance feature allows the Farm Manager to get important information about the routine and timing of the milker in the parlour. Through the dedicated pages in the DM software, it is possible to check if the milker team is following the instructions given and assess the variation of the KPIs. It is also possible to check and compare the performance of different teams. All data is available and downloadable in .csv format for further investigations. Data about attachments and milking durations is available in a GANTT-like graph that shows them in slots of 1h per time. This feature helps the Farm Manager to get important insights about the milking procedure even in system without high technology panels or ID, allowing further actions that are impossible to implement without the data provided by the MI Pulse.
