Vacuum regulators
InterPuls Stabilvac vacuum regulator maintains consistent vacuum between 36 kPa (11” Hg) and 50 kPa (15” Hg) at airflow up to 10.000 l/min (353 cfm).
Servo Regulation Principle
Stabilvac 1500, 3600, 4000 & 6000 feature an accurate SENSOR (SPV) that continuously compares the line vacuum to a pre-set value and a reactive VALVE (MCV) which lets in the appropriate airflow, constantly stabilising the vacuum system during milking.

Monoblock & Separate
Stabilvac 4000 & 6000 are also available in a separate version, that permit to install the SENSOR close to the Terminal Unit and the VALVE close to the vacuum pumps, to obtain the maximum possible accuracy and quietness in the milking parlour.
Double Stabilvac 4000 & 6000
In large systems it is possible to install 2 VALVES 4000 or 6000 and control them through a separate sensor:
- To create a Double 4000 you can order 1xSTAB.4000SEP. + 1xMCV4000
Double Stabilvac 4000 is designed for airflows up to 6.000 l/min. (212 cfm) - To create a Double 6000 you can order 1xSTAB.6000SEP. + 1xMCV6000
Double Stabilvac 6000 is designed for airflows up to 10.000 l/min. (353 cfm)
